Our Quality Standards
We have used a range of methods to choose our installers and all of them are signed up to a code of practice, which demands certain standards that they must all meet. Click here to read our code of practice.
We quality check 5% of all referrals that go through to an installation stage and ask all those people referred (whether they have something installed or not) to give us feedback on the service they have received.
All our installers are members of trade associations, conform to relevant health and safety standards and all hold certificates from relevant regulating bodies. In addition to these measures, we have used our own experience of working with renewable energy installers to choose reputable companies, offering fair prices.
Any heating installer wishing to become part of Climate Benefits must become a member of “Buy with Confidence”. This is a scheme regulated by local trading standards and ensures a high quality from service providers. Learn more about the scheme.
