Our Referral Process
We aim to make to process of improving your home as straightforward and stress-free as possible. Once you have decided on a measure to install, we are with you every step of the way – from the initial referral to the installer right up to the installation day and beyond.
All of our installers provide free consultations or site surveys and most referrals begin with a call from your chosen installer to discuss your requirements and to make an assessment of feasibility and cost. This is then followed up with a site survey and the provision of a free quote for the work. You are never under any obligation at this stage and none of our installers will ever give you a hard sell – you will always be free to take as much time as you need to make up you mind.
We also get a copy of your quote to make sure that everything is in order and so that we can respond to any questions you might have about it quickly and efficiently. If you decide to go ahead, you’ll enter into a contract with the installer as normal but we will still be on hand to answer any questions or sort out any problems.
